Feb 18, 2017 · Instead have you considered buying the castings and boiler for an engine. Plastow do a 4.5" Burrell as well as a 4" fowler road loco. HPM steam do a 4" Mclaren Road locomotive which is an absolute beast and also a 4" Foster road loco. Buying this way would only be two shipments one from the boiler maker and one from the casting supplier.
